Yang Mian™ pratictioners are taught Spring Power, Explosive Power, Steel Hand & Steel Body, Ghost Hand, Lightning system, Reflex Mind, which are exclusively practiced by Master Zhen Hua – the ONLY authorized/sanctioned instructor outside of China to teach the family developed fighting system. This is REAL martial arts, not fake movement or form.
