Supreme athletes need to combine Power, Control, Speed, Endurance, Strength
and Mobility. Professional Cricketers will benefit greatly by enhancing
these characteristics. This training pays particular attention to the
upper body and the ability to deliver explosive power at great speed.

dramatic physical changes!
| Objectives:
|
 |
To offer training to committed, professional cricket players, who
want success
To offer a unique training system which focuses on Power, Speed,
Power Transfer and Injury Prevention
To see change, improvement and results within two months training
To encourage strong positive minds to maximize results from training
| Description: |
 |
Increased power and speed is established by using the body in a more
relaxed way
Power transfer is when every part of the body works and moves smoothly
together, resulting in maximum power where you need it most!
The power source comes through momentum and internal power
All internal tissue develops to become more elastic and durable
Increased blood flow into the hand will result in increased Bowling
and Throwing power
Effective Breathing techniques, combined with relaxed movement result
in a more efficient player
| Expectations: |
 |
A commitment to 3 months initial training, starting with 3 sessions
per week of one hour duration is the minimum requirement
Initially, players will feel sore and their ability will be temporarily
affected. It is advisable to continue training through discomfort and
their bodies will adjust quickly
An hour of training a day is recommended. As players continue to
train, they will develop a better understanding of how the technique
works until it becomes second nature
It takes about 6 months for internal tissue to respond and for power
transfer to become smooth
| Outcomes:
|
 |
All players will notice increased power and accuracy in throwing and
bowling
Batsmen will notice increased power with less effort
Increased confidence comes with increased power, speed and mental
focus
Increased overall mobility and less injury will result while power
and speed increase
The training results in an ongoing energy supply that enables
full transfer of energy and power from foot to leg to buttocks to back
to shoulder to arm to hand and into the ball!
