| Master Yang Zhen Hua is now living in Australia and using his unique understanding of power transfer and body development has divised sports specific training programmes, for building explosive spring power and speed.

This training gets results in a short time, with dramatic increases in mobility and speed throughout the whole body. Training will amplify the player’s natural service power immediately. Students testify that “Serve feels like hitting a nail with a hammer”, “Increased power and consistency though using less effort”. Coaches are amazed by students rapid gains! The serve is a very important part of the game and we see today very few players survive the professional ranks without a big serve. Players need penetrating or explosive power in their serve and need to deliver this power consistently over extended periods. This training will immediately put extra weight into the students hand, resulting in an initial boost in power. As well as generate power, these excercises will create a more relaxed body and relaxed movement. This extra weight in the hand and relaxed movement enables the body to enhance power transfer and importantly for the serve, enhances the ability to “snap” on contact with the ball. Training will utilize momentum power and therefore power is used more efficently. Most players will find their whole game is positively affected when their serving power and consistency improves.
Excellent foot speed and precise footwork is crucial to every player’s game. Our training will enhance strength, speed, balance and agility resulting in superior control over your game. Master Yang says, “footwork needs to be smooth like a snake, agile as a monkey and as light as a feather”. Every exercise involves the legs and development starts immediately. Legs will be able to last longer and remain relaxed. Strengthened and conditioned there will be a greatly reduced risk of injury. More relaxed movement and the development of the legs natural spring allows complete power transfer and the player able to throw their power more effectively without loosing balance. The Specialised footwork course will be more intense than this Service Power Course and students need to be physically and mentally prepared. Specialised equipment never seen before will be used for this training.
Our training will genuinely strengthen and condition all internal tissue, resulting in the body having the characteristics of a very strong elastic band. This is essential in a sport where the athlete needs to deliver powerful strokes and movements at high speeds, react and change direction in split seconds and sustain a high level of intensity over a number of hours of competition. While generating increased power and speed, these exercises also condition the body to allow complete power transfer without injury risk.
